Field & Maintenance Technician
Are you ready to start your next chapter? We're looking for a hands-on Field & Maintenance Technician to support repairs, installs, and punch-list work across our project sites. You'll work alongside our project manager as the go-to person on-site and provide reliable, skilled hands-on work. This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with travel expected within about a 1 to 1.5-hour radius of our Peapack-Gladstone studio. If you bring 5+ years of trade experience, a reliable toolkit, a valid driver's license, insurance, and a contractor's license, we want to hear from you.

People with the following skills will thrive in this position:
Hands-On Craftsmanship: General repairs and maintenance, punch-list work, light carpentry, and installs for furniture, fixtures, and hardware.
On-Site Presence: Serving as our on-point person at job sites, working alongside our project manager to coordinate smoothly with subcontractors.
Coming Prepared: Providing your own basic tools.
Staying Mobile: Comfortable lifting, climbing, and moving between job sites within roughly a 1- to 1.5-hour radius of our Peapack-Gladstone studio.
Bringing Experience: 5+ years in a relevant trade or handyman background.
Meeting the Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal liability insurance, and contractor's license required.
Designer
People with the following skills will thrive in this position:
Organization & Communication: Construction management, binder keeping, managing subcontractors;
Bringing Ideas to Life: Creating floorplans, drafting, and rendering for proposals and presentations;
Administrative Assistance: Helping with client billing, proposals, and invoicing;
Finding the Perfect Fit: Sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes for decor and styling;
Optimizing Operations: Generating purchase orders, assisting with vendor communication, managing inventory, delivery tracking, and measuring;
Representing the Brand: The ideal candidate will be studio-based in our retail showroom, where they’ll assist and meet with clients, conduct visits, maintain product displays, work with POS systems, and be an advocate on-site to assist with sales and growth;
Fostering Client Relationships: Responding to client inquiries and ensuring that they have a positive experience every step of the way.
